Date of birth Certificate (Matriculation or 10 ^th Class Certificate)

Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.

Professional/Experience Certificate (if any)

SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS Certificate as per Annexures (provided in Notifiaction) issued by Tehsildar or SDO.

Declaration (Annexure II-A) for age relaxation by OBC(NCL) Candidates.

Annesure V for claiming relaxation in height and Chest.

NOC (as per Annesure VI) required by Government Employee

Domicile Certificate issued by Local Revenue Authorities/ PAN/ Adhar Card or Driving License or Voter Card, etc for Citizenship

Dischage Certificate in case of Ex-Servicemen

4 latest Passport size photograph.

Practical Skill Test

Qualifing Nature.

Total 50 Marks Test.

50% Marks required for qualifing.
