  • MBBS (Medicine) or equivalent degree included the first schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956.
  • Enrolled in any State Medical Register maintained under the Act.
  • Completed compulsory rotating internship.
  • PG Degree or Diploma in the releated Speacialty mentioned in Section A or Section B in Schedule I to the Indian Medican Council Act 1956(102 of 1956).
  • Doctorate of Medicine (DM) or Magister Chirurguie (M. Ch.) or Equivalent with 3 years experince in the concerned Super-Specialty after obtaining the first PG Degree.
    Senior Residency period will also be counted towards experince, physical and medical standard.
  • Must have permanent registration from MCI/NMC/State Medical Council before Appointment.

  • Recognised medical Qualification of allopathic system of medicines included in the 1st or 2nd Schedule or Part-II of 3rd Schedule(Other than licentiate Qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956
  • Holders of educational qualification included in Part-II of the 3rd Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub secition(3) of section 13 on IMC Act 1956.
  • Must have permanent registration from MCI/NMC/State Medical Council before Appointment in any of the CAPFs & AR.
  • Completion of compulsory rotating internship.
  • PG Degree/ Diploma in the concerned specialty mentioned in Section A or in Section B in Schedule-I OR Equivalent and one and half years' experince in the concerned specialty after obtaining PG Degree or 2 and half years' experince after obtaining PG Diploma.

  • By 2 Cms for candidates falling in category of Gorkhas, Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to the States of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir region of UT Jammu & Kashmir and UT of Ladakh.
  • By 3 Cms for Schedule Tribes' Candidates.
  • Candidates, who indends to avail relaxation in height measurement shall have to submit certificate as per Annexure-IV, where sought by the Recruitment Board.
  • Weight

  • Propottionate to height and age as per the standard height weight chart prescribed by the Ministry of Home Affairs for direct recruitment in CAPFs.
